Our hot water heater decided to die on a Sunday evening, slowly leaking water all over the house! Hope Plumbing responded quickly. David H stayed with the problem until he had replaced the water heater. He didn't leave until something like 10:30 at night. I was very happy with his work, his attitude, and his professionalism.

The plumbers were great to work with …
The plumbers were great to work with and tried hard to get me the best result under some difficult circumstances. They had some difficulty installing the panels surrounding the tub. Fortunately I had previously installed identical paneling and was able to identify the source of the problems and show them how to do the trim on the panels. "It takes a village" with a 100 year old home!

Wanted to know if I had the instruction manual to help him figure out what was wrong with the water softener -he figured it out by calling tech support. Did not wear shoe covers. Seemed pretty sure he could not fix tub faucets - and indeed he could not. Told me that the new water pressure modulator he installed would only last about 5 years.
