I purchased 3 hope rings for myself and 2 sisters since we recently lost our mom. She always finished a phone conversation with "Feel a Hug". I had this engraved on the inside of each ring, "Feel a Hug, Love Mom. I upgraded to the Sterling Silver (which was a lot more money) and have been disappointed in how much they stretched. My one sister lost hers on a trip, she must have got it caught on something and mine has bent so many times it is now cracked. My sister and I have ordered the Stainless Steel rings to replace the Sterling Silver, as we love this ring in memory of our mom. My other sister is going to put hers on a necklace and pray she doesn't loose hers. I would not recommend letting people upgrade this to Sterling Silver.
