I’ve had a failed headtorch fixed by the warranty team, who’ve gone waaaaaaay beyond what they needed to. I can’t express how much respect or admiration I have for Hope service, in addition to the fan... See more

Horribe ordering process for simple things
Not good experience at all. Wanted to order bearings for RS4 CL hub with matching Hope tools to do the job. Looked online but couldn't find any. Called Hope and lady sounded very busy gave me wrong part numbers and told me to go to local dealers. Called few bike shops near me and and some of numbers didn't exist anymore.. Finally found local bike shop that is Hope dealer but they started to offer me other brand bearings and didn't have a clue what I was asking from them.. Not a clue about existing hope tools available.. Finally ordered everything by me providing all the part numbers to them... Now I have to wait a week to get parts...
Great product good service
Purchased a new set of very nice wheels. Online dealer winstanleys let me down by removing a critical part from the box. Had to deal direct with Hope to get the missing parts. They sent them out someday no charge saving the day. Really good company
How it should be done...
I broke my front brake, sent it in to Hope, they fixed it, and replaced the caliper (I think it’s 8yrs old). Turn around less than a week. Absolutely superb customer service, cannot recommend highly enough. They really stand by their products, and are helpful & friendly at all times.
Brilliant Company

I can only speak well of Hope Tech and their customer and aftercare service.
I have a R4+ light which is a year out of warranty. The cable came loose near the housing and Hope repaired and returned the light free of charge. I posted it on a Wednesday and got it back on the Friday.
Top class company!
Customer service very poor
Customer service very poor, it takes hope days to respond via email with responses that are not very helpful. my local bikeshop tell me to order replacement direct from hope but then hope wont sell direct to me and tell me to go back to my bikeshop. out of warranty replacement hope parts are excessively expensive (which is well documented on reviews on sites such as chainreaction and wiggle). All in all a very poor experience and I would not recommend buying hope products.
I own loads of Hope components…
I own loads of Hope components including hubs , disc brakes, headsets and an R8 off road light. All parts perform extremely well and are beautifully made (something I appreciate as an engineer). Like all components, occasionally something can go wrong or becomes damaged - their warantee is exceptional and they have replaced and fixed things for me free of charge even years later. Virtually all parts are easy to obtain, many years after the particular product has stopped being made so you know you can get riding again. If ever you need technical support give them a ring - in my experience the first person to pick up the phone knows absolutely everything about their range past and present and are very helpful. I rate Hope parts and their support very highly and will continue to buy their products.
Rear hub replaced under warranty after …
Rear hub replaced under warranty after it ceased. Hub had done 18 months of riding and around 2500 miles. No questions asked from Hope. They fitted a completely new hub and axle and posted everything back to me within a working week. Excellent service.
Great products, great aftersales service.
This firms makes and distributes superbly crafted spares and lights for cycles. They also have some lessons to give much bigger companies when it comes to customer service.
I have a hope vision LED bike light. It's not cheap, but the quality is there from the off. It's beautifully made and is one of the best battery powered bike lights I've seen.
In a moment of stupidity I managed to lose the lever which locks the light to bike handlebars. Bit dense. I contacted hope to find local dealers where I could buy spares. Instead they sent me a replacement part free of charge. I am delighted, needless to say.
As other bits on my bike wear out I shall be placing more orders for their products.
