My new jodphur boots arrived quickly. Good value for leather uppers. Sturdy boots in a nice dark brown. Accurate fit for foot size. Nice round toe. Happy with product and service.

The most wonderful company to deal with. Actual people behind a successful online company. Will always come back to you if ever you have a query. Do their utmost to keep their prices competitive. Love their sales and rely heavily on them having a few horses. I wouldn't use anyone else now. Love Hope Valley Equestrian. Simply the best.

I bought an item that was not fit for purpose, it broke when I was using it. Had only had it for a few days, took it back with my receipt to get a refund, to be told that it would be sent to head office for them to then ask the manufacturer for a refund. I waited 7 days and several phone calls later I finally got my refund. My contact of sale was with Hope Valley and a refund should have been given immediately. They seem to have made up their own consumer laws and are not allowed to use common sense to give a straight forward refund. I work in retail and find this bizarre to say the least.

Excellent service from this customer focused business. Very quick to respond to queries and extremely helpful and polite. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely recommend.

Regular visits to Conglfeford store- prices frequently different to the marked up price - often charged wrong. Online order, paid for next day delivery on the Monday…. Not dispatched until Thursday after chasing for the dispatch- having paid for shipping. Now being delivered 1 day late. REFUSED TO REFUND SHIPPING FEE AS ONLY A DAY LATE??? I give up with this company - they have been a pain every time we have visited.
Although the products are good quality, the management and operation of this business is substandard

I had an issue with a rug and it was promptly sorted, In a kind helpful and professional manner. Eve in customer services was just fabulous. Clearly an asset to the Team. Thank you I will definitely buy from with confidence again.

My initial enquiry was if they would be able to deliver by Royal Mail and it was great that I could choose that option just by sending an email after I placed my order. It was communicated that I needed to wait for delivery of one of the items but the main delivery arrived quickly with Royal Mail. Thank you so much

I've recently made two on-line orders for fly rugs which haven't been available anywhere else. First one arrived 2 days after ordering - second one ordered last night and today I received acknowledgement and confirmation goods had been sent! It'll ..probably arrive tomorrow - and I'm on the Isle of Wight. Sale goods are tremendous value too. SO efficient!I

Placed an order with several online equestrian clothing providers and Hope Valley were first to send my order, I received their order before all others, good value products and great customer service when I returned one item and the return was acknowledged within a couple of days of leaving my hands! Ordered my Charles Owen helmet. It arrived very quickly after ordering. Well packaged. Kept in the loop of when it was dispatched. Absolutely delighted with it.

Not good! Spent just shy of £300 with them! One item wasn't at all the same as the picture advertised, and they sent the wrong boots, I returned them over a week ago now have emailed numerous times asking when I'm going to get my refund, I either get ignored or get told its not arrived with them yet! I will most definitely not be shopping with them again! Currently out of pocket awaiting a refund.

I have not had issues with the purchase of my product, but many months later I have received marketing email with no unsubscribe link-a breach of GDPR regulations. This is pretty simple straight forward business practice that all companies selling on IT platforms should be adhering to. So sick of the constant emails from every purchase you make online. It had the reverse effect on me, I just won’t come back. The email was about leaving a review on a site, the hyperlink didn’t even work.
Update: the email was also sent to a web service provider called citrus lime who provide POScloud based services for online equestrian retailers. The email was personally addressed. My mail provider have produced feedback that the email sent was not from a hacker so not sure about your explanation that it was a phishing email?

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Hope valley saddlery at Buxton, especially Amy who was so helpful. Took me three attemps to get the right fitting boots for my Granddaughter, ( not Hope valleys fault ) everyone there was so patient and helpful with me, and my Granddaughter is so pleased with her lovely riding boots, thank you all ☺

I couldn’t decide whether or not to order the boots.
Decided to commit and they were 50% off RRP!!
The boots were in my hands 24 hours after ordering.
A great experience and I highly recommend them!!
