Awesome functionalities, professional environment management.

Heavy on bandwidth, networking not functional during holidays.

Excellent platform. I have attended several virtual conferences at the local, regional, and national level - Hopin is the best platform that has been used for any of the conferences that I have attended. Transition is smooth between breakout rooms and full audience stage events. Individual breakouts have been easy to navigate into and out of with no disruption to the rest of the meeting.

All previous experience with the hopin platform has been fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend using Hopin for any large virtual events/presentations/workshops.

Would like more tools for data collection of participants.

Streamyard integration directly in Hopin would be great to not need to switch between platforms.

I liked this service. You get main conference rooms, side rooms, breakout rooms and it is even easy to create a hallway track. Users can upload videos in advance or present live. I think all virtual conferences should be using hopin.

Ease of access on the part of the user to interface with a large group of people around the world simultaneously was stellar. While there were issues with connectivity at times along with audio, it seemed to be managed within a reasonable amount of time so as not to throw off the entire schedule for the day. It was reassuring to know that other conference speakers had their presentations recorded for further follow-up as desired.

I attended an online Sony photography conference that was hosted by Hopin and it was a graceful experience and had a handsome aesthetic. Well done!

I have enjoyed attending conferences on Hopin. The interface is easy and intuitive, there is chat, I can attend via mobile. It’s not bloaty. I am impressed with the product and if I ever want to host a conference this service is first on my list of choices.

Very good, usefull, complex, easy to get access, easy tu use

I have enjoyed the webinars that are presented on Hopin and the process to register, log in and listen has been seamless. Thank you for hosting the informational webinars in this day and age of not bein able to attend conferences in person.

We had a very good conference through Hopin. Very smooth, a few teething problems but quickly sorted out and it didn't disrupt the day. Would highly recommend.
