Took just over 3 weeks for my tent to come instead of 2-4 days. £40 for the delivery which I never got back as they have decided to ignore me. If you are getting a tent this time of year I’d make sure you stay on top of your delivery because they will make sure they don’t give you your money back.
Great customer service. Prompt responses and friendly advice.
A part was missed by the manufacturer, and Dennis sourced what was required and posted it speedily to me.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Bought a Roof Tent from them and gotta say, the customer support was on spot on. Had a bit of trouble with the setup and called them up. Sarah helped me out, didn't rush or anything. Even checked back to see if all was good after my first trip out. Really makes a difference when you feel like the company actually cares.
