My Advice is to Steer Clear

I finally caved and purchased the Hormify pulls after seeing all the ads on Facebook and glowing comments from those that have been taking the supplements. I now wonder if those are fake and/or all negative comments have been deleted, especially after seeing the warning at the top of this page that there have been a lot of fake reviews deleted.

First, this product just didn’t work for me. I actually gained twelve pounds when using it, which has never before happened in my life.

Second, they subscribed me to their product and sent six additional bottles, without warning, and charged me $149. I contacted them by email, because they have no customer portal on their site to view any of this sort of stuff or to cancel, and they claimed they sent a reminder email on a certain date and refused to accept a return. I checked my email, including spam, and all I got on that date was a marketing email. When I pointed this out and asked for proof, they produced generic email copy but couldn’t show me the one they sent with my email address and date/time in the header.

They go by a different name on PayPal (MB Adsolar) and while they claim I signed up for a subscription, it was not put on auto renew with PayPal until they sent that second shipment.

I’m out $300 between the two shipments and have six bottles of worthless pills that will end up in a landfill.

Don't waste your money…

This product is a waste of time and money! It doesn't do anything that they say it's going to do. They also automatically bill you even though you do not choose that option. And then on top of all of it my card ended up being compromised! Do not buy this product! They will repeatedly try to offer you the product at a discount. When I called to tell them I no longer wanted to purchase the Hormify pills. They wanted to offer me a discount again. I told them that a discount is not going to make the pills work 🙄🙄

Regarding billing concerns, we do not have access to or store full card details in a way that would allow unauthorized use outside of the transaction process. Any concerns about a compromised card should be addressed directly with your bank, as they can investigate and protect your account.

As for the product itself, results can vary from person to person depending on factors such as consistency, lifestyle, and individual response.

Beware of subscription scam

This seems like a common poor review. I bought this to try for one month, but the “subscription tab” was open. I am told they sent me a reminder 7 days before my renewal and I did not get this. They even “showed me” that I opened said email. I can’t take this due to underlying health issues that manifested. I told the chat person this but they told me it was too late. I was charged and the package was shipped two days later. If they wanted to have true great customer service, they could have stopped this and not shipped the item two days later. They apparently don’t care that their app is misleading so many and their reviews are poor as a result. If you want a successful business, fix the issue and don’t take money of people that truly can’t take your product. Lesson learned and I will make sure to share on all platforms of this poor customer experience and misleading app.

Before you purchase

Please read the instructions carefully . The page is very colorful and you may be distracted by the price of 3. Then you will subscribe product that you did not want it. My account was charged first and I have not gotten product yet. I did not want to subscribe it at the first place. The email exchange was fast and helpful, however to many policies to read . There was something about sending 7 days email renewal which I checked and there was nothing, just info how is your week 13 going and some tips.

The product did not meet my expectations, but everyone is different.

Unnecessary charges

On or around April 2nd I spent over 150 dollars and then was charged an extra 22.79, which was never explained as to why or even refunded. When I ordered, I made sure it was a one time purchase as I was just trying the product out. This morning around 4:25am I was notified Hormify charged my card for another 22.79 dollars. Today is April 16th. I guess I will have to call my card to see what can be done if I hear back soon as to why they charged me again.

Ordering confusion.

I had trouble getting through the add-on offers. While sifting through then all hitting decline I must have slipped and selected Yes to Insuslim supplement. I could not go back or remove it from the final screen to complete my order.
I left the site and went back three times and still could not remove the add-on, so I exited completely without completing the order.

Soon after I was charged for both with no confirmation email of any kind. The next day I had a shipping confirmation.

I emailed the company after doing some more reading about the auto subscription that Hormify does without a clear option to avoid. I said I would not like any future orders as I didn't elect to have recurring orders.
CS responded that I must then follow a link to pay full price since the subscription price was lowered for my order (again which i did not complete). Without doing so I will be charged and continue to receive orders. No returns offered or refund for the package being mailed.

Disappointed because I'm just one of millions who wants to find something that helps with the swelling and exhaustion of aging. 44 years old and I have little interest in anything.

Update:
I recieved an email offering to cancel the subscription with no further action needed and an offer to return the add-on.

The order arrived quickly and in tact. My MIL is interested in the Insuslim. I am going to try the hormone balance supplement and am keeping hopeful.

Thank you for your words, but I didn't see anything mentioning a subscription as I moved through the pages. Mind you, there are many and I can honestly say that I didn't read the fine print below the offers. On the cost of the main order I didn't see a clear option to subscribe at all. I wasn't aware that there was a subscription price or a one time price. I did move through an order page and that was what was followed by the add-on options, the final order page couldn't be edited or have the option to remove any selected options. I did not complete my order in the final page and the following email went into my promos with a week 1 on hormify not an order confirmation.
It was confusing at best, the order process.

I bought the 3 bottle bundle and almost…

I bought the 3 bottle bundle and almost through the first bottle, I noticed my face broke out worse than when I was a teenager! Even after stopping and 2 months later, I still cant get rid of it and have tried everything, the pimples just keep coming its absolutely awful. I'm 55 and never dreamed I'd look like this. I lost ZERO weight and customer service refused help. This product is a scam, dont take!!

At that time, the product had already been used well beyond the return window, and the request was made for opened products outside of the stated policy timeframe.
