The first day they called me that they do not have a plant from the order, the next day that they did not have a second plant, the third day I received the order with a third plant already dead, in a box with a large bag of mulch, although I was supposed to receive 2 bags of mulch. The fourth plant from the order (and the last) was delivered separately, still alive, but with the soil fallen out of the pot and flattened. No one answered me about what was happening with the second bag of mulch. I mention that the order was already paid ... So Hornbach have to improve everything! I won't order again from them.

They have a great variety of products, average pricing, good delivery. I recommend them for this.
But they operate as a supermarket.
You can only get what is on the selves and even the products they advertise online, usually are out of stock and they can't provide you with an estimation of when restocking will happen.
I definitely not recommend them if you want any kind of service. Just STAY AWAY.
After paying 300 RON for the "expert" to visit me, he provided all the wrong information resulting in a wrong offer. The policy says i have to visit the store to see and correct the offer, for which I had to wait another week. They again I had to visit the store, only to realize that the offer was wrong AGAIN and they tried to fix on the spot (1+ hour waiting). When finally done and I was happy (almost) about it, they notified me that I now have to wait for the materials because they didn't have them on stock!!! Why was I not informed when I picked the materials? Why I had to pay someone that made a mistake and wasted my money. I got frustrated, cancelled my order (would be a total of over 20.000RON) and left. Never again!
