Hornbuckle / Embark don't respond to…

Hornbuckle / Embark don't respond to correspondence. Act like they've never managed property before. Dragged property sale out so fees were incurred for next account year. Instructed £360/hour solicitor for conveyancing from Panel of one. Failed to pay the agent on completion. Missed the completion date by not returning forms to solicitor in time. No delays in snaffling extortionate fees

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. No customer service , no response to requests or complaints. Don't even adhere to their published complaints procedure. I have had issues with them for several years now and despite their constant apology emails nothing improves and they never respond when they say they are going to. Next step the Ombusdman.

If I could give them zero I would

If I could give them zero I would. Barely capable of answering the phone or carrying our basic instructions for my SIPP . As previous reviewers said they are very swift to bill for fees though . I have already reported them to the Ombudsman once. AVOID!!

Horrendous service and has been for…

Horrendous service and has been for some time, meanwhile they continue to increase their fees at will.

As SIPP managers the one thing you would hope they would do is pay the insurance on the building that is in my SIPP .

Nope they cant even do that and ignored the renewal notice sent to them weeks ago.

They are clueless - time for a change
