Great products and amazing customer service
We bought our two girls a nano horn each, and they love them. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of them so I contacted Hornit - the customer service has been exceptional and a replacement was sent out immediately. An absolute gem of a company and highly recommended.

Superlight Balance Bike !!!
Woohoo how refreshing to deal with a company that really appreciate your business.My little grandson who is18 months old absolutely loves his AIRO Balance Bike and goes everywhere on it !! He got on it as soon as he opened the box! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Hornit + thanks to the owner + Gigi for their excellent advice and Top service! I ordered the bike and it arrived the next day. You will be amazed how easy it is for a youngster to pick up ride and go where they want to go. My daughter picked the colour white and it looks really slick and sporty!!! Thanks so much + Keep up the fantastic work!

Excellent company and the Bikes are boss
Got a great balance bike for my son from Hornit, he is over the moon with it. The customer service was brilliant too, I had an enquiry and the response from Gigi was quick and very helpful. I would certainly recommend them and there products.

My products arrived this morning
My products arrived this morning. Delighted with the product and fitted. Bikes now slotted into the Clug Hybrid.
Have suggested Hornit review delivery confirmation as had to chase and perhaps change the way they respond when a customer sends feedback, it's not defended but looked into. Perhaps just a bad day as previous comments on customer service is superb.

Great company with great products.
I ordered 2 of the Hornit Clugs, and they were dispatched really quickly. I then took a while installing them and realised, my bike tire was too small for the size i'd ordered on one of the Clugs. Emailed the team, and the excellent Gigi responded quickly and allowed me to easily change over for the smaller size. I now have both my bikes against the wall, and am very happy customer indeed!
