Ordered on 8th October. Had an email on 11th saying it was shipped. It still hasn't arrived (30th)
Sent them two emails and a message via the contact form and have had no response... total scam.

I did not receive the Halloween costume that I purchased. I attempted to contact them both by email and phone and they do not respond

This site is a complete scam. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks after my item was "shipped" Can't get anybody to respond to my emails or pick up the phone. I should have read the other terrible reviews before purchasing.

False advertisement. The quality of the mask they sent is so mediocre I would not pay $10 for it, and it is not what they show you on the videos posted on their website. Also they say the company is based out of NW, but it is not true; the shipment comes straight from China and takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get to you. Also the website says it is refundable, but when I reached out to their customer service, they did not respond. Avoid.

Shipping to way slow not worth the money or time wasted by this company.

I wish I checked here before ordering. I ordered 2 costumes on October 5th. On October 8th, I got an email saying it was on its way but tracking information will be available later. I also checked my Shoppay app and it says "Ready to ship" in which it still says today with no tracking number. I have emailed the support with no response and called the number on their website multiple days and times and it goes right to voicemail with no call back. I am now reading this site and seeing other feedback about those and what they received. I am going to the bank and figuring out my options since I am getting no response from the site.

Total scam, the mask I received was a cheap copy of what was offered - they came up with a sob story:
Because of the crazy increasing orders now we have not the same materials to make the masks and we're lacking of good suppliers.
Told me to keep the mask and I would get a full refund within 10 days, that is 4 weeks ago.... total scam

Company is trash.. just got my sh** and it looks nothing like the website not even close. I ordered the full pennywise XL and they sent a 3XL what the hell, now they want me to send back to China pay more money cause they F’d up. Stay away from HorrorFx. Masks look like they on crack…

I bought the Art the Clown costume and it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I was incredibly disappointed. It looked nothing like what I paid for. Size XL mens wouldn't fit a middle school kid. When I sent them a side by side comparison of what I received v what was being sold on their site and asked for a refund they stopped responding.

Images on their website are stolen from various websites.

The masks they picture are silicone masks of very high quality that sell for &800+

The items they ship are cheap masks from AliExpress or Temu.

Total scam.

"I ordered the Freddy Krueger Halloween outfit and waited over three weeks for delivery, only to be severely disappointed. While the jumper, claws, and hat were acceptable, the mask was an absolute let-down. It looks nothing like the image advertised and is of such poor quality it feels like something you'd get from a bargain site like Temu. For £91, I expected much better. The mask is definitely not worth the money, and the overall experience has left me frustrated with having to find another costume 3 days before my Halloween Fancy Dress Party. Refund requested.

If i could give this company a Zero star i would!!!!! They False advertise their product and us Ai to make it sound like they are making a really good product. But in return they send you an Amazon costume. I was expecting to be this awesome looking grinch for Christmas and when i got the outfit. Man did i look like a broke make a wish, Temu grinch. I didn't even put the costume on. Then when i called them out and threatened to sue for false advertisement and the bait and switch aka look it up. you can do that. They said send it back to china. Then they said my Grinch was cute. WT heck were not going for Cute. If you advertise cute anywhere in your product? No Then said they don't give out shipping labels, but in their writing they say they do. Complete Scam. Stay on Amazon! This Temu, Broke Down, Stealing peoples money company!!! Karma is a b! 0 Stars!

This company steals the images of mask work done by legitimate real mask artists and then makes really awful cheap rubber masks that don't look anything like the image. AVOID!! Always ALWAYS Google image search the picture and keep looking through the images until you find the actual source artist and their stand alone website.

After 25 days, my order arrived and to say I'm disappointed is the world's biggest understatement! As soon as I saw the giant flimsy envelope that every Wish or Temu order arrives in, I knew I was in for a huge let-down, considering the website shows the mask packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and there was no way that was fitting in this envelope.

As I opened it up, each crumpled piece fell out and my heart sank. The hat was flattened and not the correct style. The hand is sized for a child and looks like hot trash. The glove is the most laughable quality: obviously cheap plastic and ridiculously short "blades".

And then I saw the mask - the worst of all! The website advertised this as a deluxe mask that moves with your face. What arrived doesn't even have an opening for the mouth! The Freddy mask available at the local Halloween store is way better than this abomination and only cost $25!

The sweater is the only item that isn't total trash, but I could have gotten that for $35 locally so I'm certainly not content with paying $120 for this one!

On top of the atrocity that showed up, I ordered on September 25th and was told that items shipped within 48 hours and arrived up to 12 days following that. The tracking showed that the shipment was generated 3 days after I ordered but then didn't make it's way to the carrier until October 13th!

Customer service was unhelpful, shipping times were way off, AND the product is a lie!

Doesn’t reply to emails, basically just stole my money never shipped product. Scam
