AVOID AVOID AVOID

Company doesn’t answer phone calls or emails - even when you track down all their interlinked websites / businesses & call / email daily.

Found their supplier online but they have stopped working with them because they don’t pay their bills!!

Now going through the painful charge-back process with the bank - AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Save yourself the stress and avoid this…

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company. They keep no stock and only order it when you do. This resulted in a couple of months delay in delivery of show jumps that weren't even needed by the time they finally arrived. Support is rubbish and when you do speak to someone I basically got a load of BS where they made out they were some huge company, rather than the one-man band amateur outfit that they are. Even when contacted by the delivery driver he asked who was paying him! This is proper muppet territory. They dont take paypal, which gives a little clue, as paypal clients would be opening disputes on every order. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Poor communication. Avoid unless you're prepared to do all the work!

Ordered on 1st January and money was taken (PayPal) on the 3rd. Had heard precisely nothing by a week later so I wrote to ask for an estimated delivery date for my £350 rug rack. No response. I left it 3 days and wrote again. No response. I phoned them a couple of days later and explained that I would like to know when I am likely to receive the goods they have already taken the money for. They said they would investigate and promised to phone me back that day. They didn't. The following day they emailed to say my rug rack should be with them in another 3 weeks and they would let me know a more accurate date very shortly. No communication since so am now waiting another 2 weeks (as of today) to see what happens. I strongly believe that if you haven't got the goods available within a week then you need to let people know at point of order and you certainly shouldn't take money more than a month (could be more by the time it arrives, assuming it does) before fulfilling the order. Very disappointing! UPDATED: They wrote and said they would deliver on 14th Feb and promised to let us know if anything was going to change. I wrote on the 13th Feb to confirm before waiting in all day on the 14th but got no reply. We waited in all day on the 14th but nothing arrived. I've written again this morning asking for my money back or my rug rack today as I've had enough. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Really disappointing customer service

No notification of when delivery was likely for a large item until the day before - and no apology for that when I called to query.
Unfortunately I had to complain about an item description on the website and whilst their customer service people are polite they really don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
They seem to have a good product range and are competitively priced but buying from them was not a rewarding experience!
