Angela and her team at Hortons were brilliant from the beginning to end of the process to sell my house. When I first met Angela she had given a great deal of thought to how we should market the house and brought lots of info about the housing market in my area. We were able to have a really informed chat and agreed a good plan. The setting up of a Whatsapp group so Horton's could keep me up to date with viewings, offers and then the progress of the deal was a stroke of genius. I always felt totally up to date with what was happening. Finally Angela was brilliant towards the end of the deal when we were a long time ready to exchange and complete whilst other parties dragged their feet. Angela did all she could to get things moving and to put pressure on people to get on and do what was needed. She also had to deal with my frustration as I struggled to understand why we couldn't get things completed!
Thank you Hortons! I very much hope I won't need to buy or sell a house again. However if I did I know which estate agents I'd be picking the phone up to call.

Nicole was the only one who showed any real interest and went above and beyond in helping with advice, valuation, and even information about local trusted trades people. Kept in touch and continued to give advice throughout the 12 month project, and it was a no-brainer that we went with her Hortons for the sale when the renovation ended.

Franco and the team at Hortons did a wonderful job for us. They were enthusiastic and helpful from the start, without being pushy. They kept us up to date at all stages of the sale and were on hand to respond to our questions, even outside of normal business hours via WhatsApp. Franco has a big network of contacts that he was able to use to help generate extra interest in our property, and which helped us achieve a great price. What it comes down to is that Franco is a talented communicator, which really took the stress out of the process.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Rachel when we decided to put our house up for sale in December 2022 with Hortons. From the initial first meeting to organising a sales video of our house
