Excellent service, politeness and extremely helpful. Nicole Beales is a considerable asset to Hortons and couldn't work any harder if she tried.

Chris was so helpful throughout the process of selling our house. He always kept us informed about what was going on his end, would send us regular updates on WhatsApp, and also responded in a timely manner if we had any questions. Chris also supported us with getting answers from our useless solicitors, ensuring we completed when we were meant to. We would use Christ at Hortons again thanks to the extremely positive experience we had.

I bought my first home through Hortons with Zoe as our seller's estate agent. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was available for any questions or queries I had with the property via WhatsApp. Being a 1st time buyer, the process of buying a house was rather daunting, but Zoe always took the time to make sure I was happy and explained how things worked incredibly well. After the offer was accepted, she was the liaison with both solicitors and would keep me up to date even better and often faster than my own solicitor! Zoe really made me feel comfortable with the process and when she finally passed me the keys at the end, she produced a lovely gift to welcome me into my new home. She was top rate and provided 1st class service.

When we made the big decision to sell, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. We made the right choice! Gianfranco has been there every step of the way, answering calls/texts or emails no matter what time of the day . We never felt that he was just trying to sell our house , but that he was our mentor to answer our questions to help us make the best decision for our family.
We now consider Gianfranco as a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone who will be selling and buying /searching for a new home.

Nicole (our seller) was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was ever too much issue for her. Anything we needed to know or anything we asked was fed back to us as quickly as possible. Even if it was a Sunday or late at night as soon as she had an answer she let us know. Nicole explained and made very confident in what we needed to do.
She is a such a lovely lady, very easy to speak to and would recommend her to anyone.
