I paid the priority fee of 10€ in order to get the video before the last possibile date they advertise on their webpage (at most 3 days), for a birthday present.
Moral of the story, 2 days have passed, I contacted then four times and they didn't even bother to respond to me, not even a negative response.
Absolutely no care for the customer.

Unbelievably nice and helpful…
Unbelievably nice and helpful transaction I had ever done. Due to different countries, payment became a little more difficult. However, horvy found a solution to make the payment. I received the video on the same day. I am 100% satisfied. Many thanks for everything!
