I spoke to a lovely lady called Tess. She advised me of the best areas in Ryde. We are looking to move to the area and it was helpful to be guided by a local agent who knew the area. She is a credit to your team and very professional.

Rikki and his team have been amazing from start to finish! This is the second time we have used them because of how professional and knowledgeable they are especially providing valuable feedback on viewings and keeping open communication between us and the buyer at all times. Unfortunately it seems I’m the victim of a dodgy landlord… harassment, bullying, victimisation all round. This has lead me to being retaliatory/revenge evicted. HRD Cowes, was supposed to make my life easier by removing the need to contact the landlord, having Zoe in charge of the property (supposedly). However I never heard from her, in fact… I was actually notified via email that I was being evicted by Ananya. It then took over a week from that point to actually receive any legal documents, by that time had the wrong dates on them and needed to be done again. Throughout the whole process I kept getting the silent treatment to all of my emails requesting information or on the odd occasion an email stating “you’ll hear by the end of the day”, “you’ll hear by the end of the week”… Ananya’s favourite phrases. Alas of course I didn’t hear a thing.
In fact when I did get through to Ananya on the phone, she could only seem to retell me what was sent in her initial email. When I explained the situation and that this was retaliation etc. all she could say was “I’m sorry you feel that way”. She absolutely did not care one single bit. Long story short, I got a lot of ignored calls and emails… poorly printed documents with wrong dates and now I’m pursuing legal action against the landlord. It seems that the Cowes branch are truly living up to their reputation of terrifyingly bad communication skills and carelessness that would frighten Thanos! Honestly if you’re a renter, look elsewhere… DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS! Save yourself a lot of pain and heartache.

There is much much more I could add to this review but I’ll leave that to your imagination… if you choose to fall down this rabbit hole regardless of my warning, I wish you good luck!
