Highly recommended!
Fantastic service from Peter and Beth at the Freshwater office of HRD for the purchase of our new home in the village! We experienced complications with the sale of our house on the mainland but they were so calm, patient and understanding. Communication was always excellent and from the first call to arrange a viewing through to handing over our new keys and removing the board, the service was perfect. Highly recommended!

Excellent service all round
From the moment we contacted HRD in Freshwater we had excellent service. Bethany & Peter arranged several viewings of the flat we have now bought.
Nothing was too much trouble to them. They contacted the Vendors many times to answer our multiple Qs and went above & beyond to support us every step of the way
Their phone & E Mail communication was exemplary. We couldn’t have wished for more helpful, knowledgable and charming estate agents

Sale of our house in Freshwater

We can recommend HRD Freshwater highly. The sale of our house was complicated and protracted due to external issues. Peter and Beth were always kind, patient and understanding when all was very stressful they helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. Always professional but clearly cared, it felt a very personal service. Not a car salesman type approach that some estate agents offer, we felt valued customers and that you do not see in an estate agent very often.
