The sales team of Louise, Katie and Maisie provide excellent customer service throughout the selling process. They have good local knowledge and work well as part of a very friendly and professional team. They provide the buyer with practical advice to maximise sale potential and answered all of my questions promptly and effectively. They are a long established local estate agency and their commission rate is competitive. When matters needed chasing up with my buyers or their solicitors, they were very proactive in communicating to ensure progress was being made. Overall I found everything Hose Rhodes did for me to effect a sale was faultless and I would have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone

HRD Newport Isle of Wight sales office is excellent. The staff are always friendly and helpful and their customer service is second to none, which is very rare these days. Their phones are always answered within a couple of rings and they recognise who you are immediately you say your name and can update you within minutes. I would definitely use HRD again and 100% recommend to other sellers and purchasers.

HRD came with a strong recommendation from someone local whose opinion I value. Throughout my dealings with all staff at the Newport office and the agent who showed me the apartment, I have only the utmost praise. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to pass that on when I had questions and even when I didn't but needed to know something. As a result I have signed up a continuing relationship with HRD in Newport as my Letting Agent. The agents who provided the most personal assistance throughout the purchase and the setting up of the Letting agreement were Louise O'Rourke who, as soon as I made an offer, contacted the seller while I was in the office and we arrived at a deal. Having no delay was unlike my experience with other agents during my property search. Following that while my conveyancer was at work locally when I returned to my home in the U.S., Maddison Jackman stood back when there was no need to be in contact, but prompted me politely when I really needed to call my conveyancer to expedite some detail of the process. Kayleigh Kent, Lettings Manager was the agent who actually put me in touch with the property when I was enquiring about the terms of HRD's Letting Agreement. Since then she and her colleagues Jamie and Lloyd have been as helpful as they could possibly be. This is very important to me; when you are 4,000 miles away, it is important to know that you can trust the people you deal with. ALL the agents in the Newport office have been exactly that.

Everyone I've spoken to has been wonderful, it's been very quick and I've had a lot of support from Amy and Madison. They've both been really quick to get back to me, so friendly. It really has taken a lot of the stress out of this!

Something seems very unprofessional with the letting part from the agency. I left one of their properties over 2 weeks ago, and still no sign of my deposit. No communication either! And somebody has been living in the property already for a week, so they are holding 2 deposits for 1 property.
Something is not right with their practices i think
