Thanks Chloe for arranging for a replacement electric shower in a managed property - not straightforward as after investigations (the shower was still under warranty) it turned out that the shower that had been installed was too powerful for the electrical system. Chloe liaised with the shower company, an electrician and a contractor to resolve the issue to the tenants' satisfaction. Thank you Chloe!

Our house has been on and off the market with different estate agents since January. We did not have one viewing! Promised lots but delivered nothing.
As soon as we went with Ross and his team we had viewings booked within days of going live and have sold today!
Couldn’t rate Ross and his team highly enough!
Highly recommended!

I walked into the Ryde office jaded
I walked into the Ryde office almost as the last throw of the dice after a long hot fruitless frustrating couple of days looking for property
Freya was a breath of fresh air. To be honest, I started the conversation with not a lot of confidence being tired and a little jaded Freya actually listened actively, and helped me totally redefine what I was really seeking. It surprised me. Thank you so much Freya and the team.

Outstanding service.
As executor for a complex will, I have overseen the sale of three properties through HRD. The service has been outstanding throughout. In particular, they are to be commended on their outstanding communication at every stage, as well as their expertise, advice and good humour, which was certainly needed at times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team in Ryde.

total lack of interest
Because there were problems with a property that they came to value (management agents and a short lease) they had no interest in marketing the property, after making two calls to them and being told that the person dealing with the valuation was not in the office and would phone back they never did.
I called into the office personally today and was told that they had the wrong phone number and no email address even though they had been given both on two seperate occasions
