Sean, Heather, and Emily were always very polite, and after each viewing they had, one of them would always phone us with feedback. They always gave good advice, and always helped with any issues we had. We would highly recommend the Shanklin branch. Thank you for your great service.

Polite, professional and efficient
The valuer arrived in a timely manner, was professional and efficient whilst listening appropriately to any points I wished to raise. Homework had been done so she was fully informed about the house's selling history and that of others in the road.

Estate Agent who does not know what they are doing
Contacted Hose Rhodes Dickson twice now about a property that is coming to the market soon.
I first contacted them about 6 months ago and last week.
NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANY DETAILS OF THE PROPERTY THAT IS DISPLAYING ONE OF THEIR BOARDS.
Does not give me confidence buying or selling through this Agent..
IT TOOK OVER 6 MONTHS FOR HOSE RHODES DICKSON TO REPLY, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
