Gorgeous products and packaging
I recently ordered some hair clips from them in the sale. They arrived in pretty good time, and they’re absolutely lovely. They were also very well packaged and looked really pretty, I think they’d be great sent as a gift. The products aren’t cheap, but on sale they are extremely reasonable, and they seem really very pretty indeed. Very happy customer.

Good customer service experience
I ordered a hair claw for my daughter for Christmas. I did take a couple of weeks to get it and it was the wrong one. So I contacted them through their website. They graciously offered to send me what I thought I ordered and did not charge for it or shipping. I just got it today and it beautiful!! I appreciated their customer service very much!

Medium-scammy?
I ordered a hair clip and noticed that a full week later it hadn't shipped. When I messaged them they claimed that it had been out of stock when I ordered it (in which case it's their responsibility to notify me of that and not list it on their website! if even true) but that they could ship it out "tomorrow". Tomorrow's Christmas, so I doubt that. (I didn't need it by Christmas, but by the 28th, which obviously isn't going to happen either).
I asked for a refund instead, and to their credit I did receive a cancellation notice, which is why the two stars instead of one. Still smells pretty scammy though.
