Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. You have to prove yourself what's wrong when something breaks. Batteries don't charge, and then they tell you to send a video. Then they say, "Try our charger," even though the other charger is perfectly fine. You buy the charger they recommended, and it still doesn't work. You have to prove again that you're absolutely certain it doesn't work. Meanwhile, after having the car for three weeks, the engine is broken. Their response is, "Prove to us that it's the engine that's broken..." It's a never-ending journey. I strongly advise against it.
