From the very srart, all of the staff were kind, friendly and professional, after the consultation and plan , there was no pressure selling only good advie , the dental work was spread over several days with a day off in the middle
I had 1 x implant, 1x bone graft, 4 replacement crowns, 1 x root extraction and a filling
At all times the dentists and surgeons were calm , kind, gentle and proffessional
The hospital / clinic is very modern , better than my local denist

Have just visited Hospitadent in Istanbul to get my teeth done. Had 20 crowns put in and they look fantastic, the process was smooth and painless and the staff were so welcoming, helpful and supportive, Dr Akif was awesome and he’s great at what he does my patient consultant Dr Sinan was extremely helpful throughout the process and my stay and massive thanks to Aya the translator who was present throughout my time and visits there and was very helpful which made everything more comfortable for me. I have been in the dentist chair more times than I care to count, and finally decided to go ahead with full treatment including fillings, crowns, and one implant. I also wanted to make it as cost-effective as possible.

After meeting Sinan, the patient assistant in London, and having a full consultation and review of the treatments I needed, my mind was completely put at ease and I decided to move forward.

Sinan was amazing—from his infectious smile to his outstanding hospitality. Aya, who was my translator, made everything run smoothly and even kept me company in the waiting room, which really meant a lot.

I had my dental treatment at Hospitadent Dental Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, where I received 21 crowns and 4 dental implants with 4 crowns placed on them. The entire experience was handled at the highest professional level from start to finish.

Unlike my previous dental treatment experience in Ireland, I had almost no pain after the procedures. There was only mild discomfort for about 30 minutes, and I did not take a single painkiller. Everything healed perfectly.

I’ve been a patient at Hospitadent in Istanbul since 2023, and I recently came back for hygiene treatment and a check-up. Stay away from them at all costs. They are bunch of scammers. They will rip off you your money and then you will find no one to contact and they will make fun of you when you try to chase justice. There is no co oparate or whatsoever every branch is independant and there is no way you can escalate your complain. They will take your complain and make fun of you. They will use the advantage that you are far , play games with you knowing that you cant do anything about them. They build up this big scam stealing peoples money and playing with their health there is nothing you can do except for staying away from them. If you dont believe me call them and ask where is your headquarter. There is a monster woman called busra in Pendik branch she fooled me left me disabled me and made fun of me when I was trying to seek justice. And his boss is even worse than him .he is called omer. Stay away from them at all costs. Spread this message to your loved ones to protect them as well.

I was here to get an infected molar pulled and 19 crowns plus a bridge placed.
I hate the dentist but I'm an adult and happy to have work done for healthy teeth.
My problem is that for years I have been paying local dentists a lot of money but my teeth have never been worse, both aesthetically and health wise.
The trip to Istanbul was organised in co-operation with Sinan, who arranged transit and hotel.
I was assigned an interpreter for the week, Zeynep, who was wonderful, and a very good liaison between me and the dental staff. She also organised my transport back to the airport and advised on aspects of Istanbul life.
My dentist was Necip (sorry if I spelled this wrongly) and he was an absolute joy.
Professional, calm, hard working. Excellent.
I certainly didn't enjoy being prepped for so many crowns, but he must have been exhausted at the end of the first couple of days. He's studying now for his PhD and I have no doubt he will fly through it with honours.
The process was uncomfortable, not particularly painful, but it's a lot of dentistry in a short time, but the results are fantastic.
A previous crown, installed in Ireland, had begun failing after only a year. It was replaced, two dead, and two misaligned lower front teeth were capped and other teeth were crowned as old fillings were replaced.
They also took care to make sure the colour of the new crowns blended well with my remaining teeth. The result is very natural looking and far better than before.
The whole mouth looks better and feels better. After ten days back home everything is settling down beautifully.
Any negatives? Just a couple. There's a bit of hanging around doing nothing at times. It's not the end of the world but it can make for a bit of a drawn out day. The only other quibble I have is with the sales lady I met in Dublin. She spent a lot of time talking up how wonderful the hotel was and that wasn't remotely important to me, all the more so as I ended up being accommodated in a less grand, but very comfortable hotel, much closer to the hospital. I suppose people must care about the hotel but it didn't seem worth the emphasis.
Would I recommend this company?
Absolutely. I'm delighted with the outcome and was very happy with the quality of care I received. Thanks to Zeynep, Necip, Sinan and everyone involved in making a daunting experience much more comfortable and much easier.

I have been going here for my dental treatments for a long time. Dr. Omer is very experienced and always does a great job. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place to everyone.

Geçen yıl Alanya’daki Hospitadent’i denemeye karar verdik ve gerçekten memnun kaldık — ben temizlik ve kanal tedavisi yaptırdım, her şey sorunsuz geçti. Bu olumlu deneyime dayanarak, sekiz ay sonrasına, Ocak 2026’ya bir kontrol ve temizlik randevusu aldık.

Randevudan önce WhatsApp üzerinden temizlik için bize 3.750 TL (74 EUR) fiyat verildi. Bu fiyatın yüksek olduğunu düşünmüştük, çünkü normalde kişi başı yaklaşık 30 EUR ödüyoruz, ancak yine de gitmeye karar verdik. Tam bir diş temizliği yapıldı ve hesap geldiğinde 110 EUR olduğunu gördük. Daha sonra kişi başı 90 EUR’a “indirim” yapabileceklerini söylediler, ancak bu yine de kabul edilemezdi — hem alışık olduğumuz fiyatın çok üzerindeydi hem de verilen tekliften daha yüksekti.

Fiyat farkını sorduğumda, 74 EUR’luk fiyatın sadece üst dişlerin temizliği için geçerli olduğunu söylediler. Sadece üst dişlerini temizleten birini hiç duymadım.

Memnun olmadığımızı ve bir daha gelmeyeceğimizi söyledim. Verdikleri tek cevap “Tamam” oldu. Ayrıca ismimi sistemlerinden silmeyi de reddettiler. Türk müşterilerin aynı fiyatı ödeyip ödemediğini sorduğumda “Evet” dediler. Bunun üzerine iki Türk arkadaşımız aynı kliniği aradı — ikisine de tam temizlik için kişi başı 2.000 TL fiyat verildi. Türkiye’de yaşıyoruz, yerliyiz ve diş hekimlerinin yabancılara ek %10 vergi yansıtmak zorunda olmadığını biliyoruz. Bu olaydan önce bu kliniği arkadaşlarımıza bile önermiştik.

Bu kliniğe gitmeyi düşünüyorsanız çok dikkatli olun. Fiyatı mutlaka önceden teyit edin ve tam ağız için mi yoksa diş başına mı olduğunu sorun. Bizim deneyimimize göre yabancılardan faydalanıyorlar. Bu durumu Sağlık Bakanlığı’na ve turizm yetkililerine bildirmeyi düşünüyorum.
We had been going to a dentist in Kayseri for six years without any issues. Last year, we decided to try Hospitadent in Alanya and were genuinely pleased — I had a cleaning and a root canal treatment, and everything went smoothly. Based on that positive experience, we booked a follow‑up check‑up and cleaning eight months later, in January 2026.

Before the appointment, we were quoted 3,750 TL (74 EUR) via WhatsApp for a cleaning. We already felt this was high, since we normally pay around 30 EUR per person, but we went ahead. I received a full cleaning, and when the bill arrived, it was 110 EUR. They then offered a “discount” to 90 EUR per person, which I still found unacceptable — not only was it far above what we usually pay, it was even higher than the quote.

When I questioned the difference, they claimed the 74 EUR quote was only for cleaning the top teeth. I don’t know anyone who gets only their top teeth cleaned.

I told them we were unhappy and would not return. Their response was simply, “That’s okay.” They also refused to remove my name from their system. When I asked whether Turkish customers pay the same prices, they said yes. To check, two of our Turkish friends called the same clinic — both were quoted 2,000 TL per person for a full cleaning. We live in Turkey, we are locals, and we know that dentists do not have to charge the additional 10% tax to foreigners. We even recommended this clinic to friends before this happened.

If you plan to visit this clinic, be very careful. Always confirm the price beforehand and ask whether it’s for the full mouth or per tooth. Based on our experience, they take advantage of foreigners. I am considering reporting this to the Ministry of Health and tourism.

Warning! They don’t have CAD und CAM

I paid a deposit after they promised me that everything would be done with a 3D CAD/CAM scanner no rubber impressions, all digital. Once I arrived, I found out it was a complete lie. They don’t even have real CAD/CAM equipment for crowns as they claim on their website and in messages.

When I confronted them, they suddenly changed everything and asked me to pay the full amount before even starting the real treatment. After I refused and caught them lying, they simply kept my deposit and told me, through their translator, that either I continue with them or I can forget my money.

This is not a clinic it’s a trap for foreign patients. They promise European quality but deliver nothing close to it. Be carefulbefore trusting their advertising or fake smiles on Instagram. Once they get your money, they stop caring.

After my case, I discovered that this clinic buys fake reviews to cover up negative experiences. Please, go directly to a certified private dentist in Turkey, not to this kind of commercial clinic, you they will lie to you and risk your health. Be very careful!

I strongly advise everyone: Do NOT get treated in this clinic!
They placed three dental implants incorrectly, which caused a sinus injury and damaged my healthy teeth. The clinic denied any responsibility, even though the pain and complications were clearly caused by their own surgeon.

I had to undergo an emergency operation in another clinic to remove the implants and clean up the infection they had caused. Since then, I’ve been under continuous treatment in Germany, dealing with severe pain and long-term damage.

This experience has been traumatic and expensive, and I’m now preparing to take legal action against this clinic for medical negligence.

Please, don’t make the same mistake I did.
Don’t be fooled by fake smiles, fake promises, or fake reviews. Your health is worth more than any discount or fancy marketing.

They took my money and refused to give it back, even though I never received the service I paid for. Luckily, my Visa helped me get my money back they confirmed that they successfully withdrew it directly from the clinic but it took months of stress, documents, and endless emails.

I will not give up on my rights, because what they did is unacceptable. The surgeon himself was probably the only professional person there, and that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 he placed the implants correctly. The rest all 0 stars.

But everything else was a complete disaster! The staff had no idea what they were doing, the communication was terrible, and Emrah Kurt, the so-called “chief,” had absolutely no control over his team. They don’t even notice when their employees steal from patients, and they clearly don’t know how to place crowns properly.

This place doesn’t act like a medical clinic it acts like a business run by people who only care about money. Never again.

Sinan, Dr Madina at Hospitadent and the rest of the group there are SCAMMERS. Stole my deposit, and demanded very weird documents. Wanted my banking information. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Avoid Hospitadent Istanbul if You're from the USA

I am a US patient who made the huge mistake of getting dental implants at Hospitadent in Istanbul, Turkey. This has been an absolute nightmare experience that I deeply regret.

The Problems:

Despite promising a 5-year warranty on my prosthesis, they are now refusing to honor it and won't see me for follow-up care
Made 5 trips back to Istanbul over 4 years for various dental issues - each time costing me thousands in travel expenses and time off work
They knew full well that no US dentist would touch work done abroad, essentially trapping me into their "care"
Persistent problems with my implant that they refuse to properly address
Total lack of accountability for their substandard work
Financial Nightmare: What seemed like a cost-effective solution became exponentially more expensive than US treatment when factoring in:

Multiple round-trip flights to Istanbul
Hotel accommodations for each visit
Lost wages from time off work
Ongoing dental problems that remain unresolved
Warning to Fellow Americans: Do NOT fall for the "dental tourism" trap to Turkey. The initial savings are completely wiped out by the need for multiple return visits, and you'll be stuck with no local recourse when things go wrong. The quality of work is subpar, and their "warranties" are meaningless.

Save yourself the money, time, and stress - get your dental work done in the United States where you have proper consumer protections and can actually hold providers accountable.
