Signed up to renew subscription that has worked for 12 months but now the new subscription will not work.
They asked me to try different things to get the service to work including try another app that they recommended and this did not work either. All I received was plenty of excuses about how it is my device that has the issue (although the same device worked last year) and that they were able to get it to work on their side. No refund offered and no service a total scam, so be warned.

I signed up for host-up.me service on 11-8-23. Had major issues with their service, so on 11-26-23 i asked for a refund. I was told that their service is 4.30 per day. They said I owed them 405.10 and would I like them to invoice me for the money. I told them they are scammers. Donna said they have been in business for 7 years and millions of dollars on takeovers. Do you think we would scam you out of a fn 55.00? She continued to call me a fn jack a Then you are a bch. Get the f out of here, we are done with your silly excuses every fn minute. After the letter was sent to me she deleted my account and my logon. My guess is that this person is on drugs. If you want to support their habbit, send them some money. Fyi: I will be happy to share the letter with anyone. I printed it out before they deleted my account.
