Absolutely spot on customer service, amazing prices, and friendly staff are just a few of things that make HostBilby amazing. My friend recommended me to them as I was constantly stuck with the same old Intel equipment at other companies where 4-8 cores meant maybe you got a 2,000 geekbench 6 score, but HostBilby is next level. They sport brand new hardware with Intel Platinum CPUs that aren't oversold and seriously fly. Nate and the entire team cannot be beat. These guys have servers that most larger companies have, whilst giving you support of a smaller outfit which really makes all the difference. I'd suggest them in a heartbeat any day, I'm already on my second server with them.

I have two virtual servers with HostBilby; uptime has been good (around 99.98%-99.99%), and performance has been good (and stable) as well, no complaints at all.
He (Nate) has been helpful and friendly, and so far he has always replied pretty fast.
IMHO a very nice small provider.

The guys behind HB are willing to work and go to any extend to help the customers. Super impressed, you can trust these guys for your workloads.
