I am writing to formally request a refund of my domain renewal payment for degmark.com, which I renewed through your platform HostCycle.in.
Despite completing the renewal process in good faith, your team increased the renewal price without any prior notice and later failed to provide a valid EPP (Authorization) code when I attempted to transfer the domain. The EPP code shared was expired and non-functional, and my repeated follow-ups have not been resolved.
As per ICANN and NIXI guidelines, a registrar must provide a valid EPP code within 30 days of expiry if requested by the domain owner. My request was made within this period, yet it was not honored.
Due to these non-compliant and unfair practices, I was unable to complete the transfer process, leading to the loss of my domain. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the renewal amount paid for degmark.com.
Please process the refund within 7 working days from the date of this email to avoid escalation. If unresolved, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court and Cyber Crime Department, along with all supporting documents and screenshots.
