Dan C has been amazing
Dan C has been amazing! We had to move from our Dental Practice address to a temporary accommodation without loosing contact with our Patients... Dan has been there every step of the way and beyond!! he sorted out the merge of our phone lines to hosted with ease.. Dan is still very available and so willing to help and advise. I would highly recommend hosted and their very friendly and helpful service team.. especially Dan C.- He is great!

Miss sold product and misleading info
you got me to sign up to your company!
my internet provider told me I need to pay £800 to terminate to go with you hosted you turned around and said you would not pay that much! So I could not carry on with you because you wouldn’t pay the termination fee! Within 2 days of signing I had to cancel because you would not pay the termination fee! Then you made me pay £350 to cancel only 2 days after signing!
You got me to sign with you, signed me in to a contract to then tell me you won’t pay the termination fee because it’s to high.
So how does that work?
Miss sold a product and giving me misleading info.
I am waiting 8 weeks and I will be taking this further.

Mis-Sold Contract
We are mid-contract with Hosted and have 3x Wi-Fi routers in our business. However, in September we contacted Hosted to remove one of them from our contract, taking us down to 2x. However, Hosted signed us up to another 5 year contract, which is not what we wanted (we only wanted to reduce our services!). They did not state it would be another 5 year contract otherwise we would have challenged it. Our latest bill is very high as it now included the new contracts pro-rata charges. We've challenged this but Hosted are not willing to correct this for us. Why, when mid-contract, would we want another 5 year contract? We did explain what we needed...to reduce our broadband from 3 to 2... Shocking company to deal with so we are looking to escalate via ofcom!

Excellent, friendly experience.
Daniel Carpenter was knowledgable and friendly from the start. He set out to explain everything and find the best solution without doing a sales push. He understood that I needed time to consult others and did not get frustrated that he had to call back. The relaxed manner meant I had time to consider the best option for the community and ensure best price.
