Wake up with your account suspended
Don't use this service if you have an important account with you, we just noticed our account was suspended because spam, but we have never sent any spam email, we have more than 24 hours awating for a solution and nobody answer, we contact through their chat online and the agent told us that don't contact them throught this way for this issue, only through the ticket which has more than 24 hours without an answer.
We have our page paying in google ads a consider amount to get customers all this money was wasted.
We have our customers leads system online with this hosting and we are now stock.
This is a very important account and they just suspended the account with any reason, we don't know if was something out of our control since now existing a lot of unscrupulous that find the way to use the resources of other people to send email or any other stuff, but they should contact us an find a solution with us, even we are agree to suspend the email servers, but not just suspend all account, PLEASE BE SERIOUS.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT SITE.
We never received any email or advice that the account was going to be suspended, since you are doing right you never think you are going to be suspended, if the advice was at the internal control panel, you are never be inside the client area all time, just when need it.

I had issues with my web files which I didn't upload properly. Within 3 minutes of explanation to Hostens admin called Michail, he pointed me to the issue and was resolved in one click.
