Going the Extra Mile.

Well the problem started two days ago. I have spoken to several people in the chat who told me what the problem appears to be, but not really how to fix it. This person went above and beyond troubleshooting the problem. They discovered information that had not been sent that had bearings on third parties being able to access my information. All in all, they found the root of the problem and provided a real solution.

HostGator’s accounting is terrible

HostGator’s accounting is terrible. They just auto renewed a domain name after I had turned auto renew off and used a credit card I didn’t even have stored under payment methods.
