Megha is amazing!

Megha was amazing! I'd had a problem for some time with 301 redirects and contacted support in the past trying to resolve it. Megha was patient, understanding and took the time to work with me to resolved the issue and confirm it was finally resolved! Huge thank you and the quality of support is a big part of why I stay with Hostgator. Thanks Megha!

When it is time to close down your…

When it is time to close down your website, be aware, they will still charge you if you don't click a radio button you had no idea existed. No help from customer service, they will just tell you the can't do a refund then will ignore you.

These guys are the worst

These guys are the worst. I upgraded my account to add more sites, but then found out they no longer support Weebly. So I tried to downgrade back to my old account but that's NOT POSSIBLE with them. Instead, they make you sign up for a new plan and then charge you to migrate your files and sites over to the new account. Totally ridiculous. And whatever you do don't leave AUTO RENEW on your account because they will charge you the full amount 2 weeks before your account actually renews. If you don't ask for the charge to be reversed before the renewal date you're stuck - no prorated refunds are offered after that. This company used to be great but it's terrible now.

Hostgator has great customer service reps and skills

I was very happy with how knowledgeable my rep was. They were fast, curteous, and made sure I knew that there were still there and working on my request. They were able to resolve my problem in just one contact. I am loving my experience with hostgator.

A Mom & Pop Shop with State of the Art Service

Hostgator always makes you feel like you a friend in the business. Some hosts are faceless and nameless, but Hostgator feels like a "mom & pop shop" so the support is outstanding.
