I've been a customer for around 5 years now and have one of the older plans which I paid more for this particular plan due to the number of resources it gives. Now there are new plans in place, and the company is no longer honouring the original plan that I paid extra for and insist on having me pay yet even more to receive what I should have already been receiving. I will no longer be recommending them as a reliable host and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Called in for what I'm sure from their perspective was a fairly simply problem. They handled it with a lot of grace and took the time to make sure I felt good about the solution before committing to just taking care of it.
Most of all it was *really* reassuring to call in and just get a human right at the start instead of having to get dragged through a phone menu or some kind of AI agent that would most assuredly not be helpful and cause so much more anguish than not.

Last year they renewed my hosting and charged $275.99 USD. The same day it was renewed, I told htem I don't want the service and they said you can't get a refund. Did not explain how I can cancel so it doesn't renew even when I told htem I don't want to stick around. This year, again they charged the same amount. I told them the exact same day we are not using the service, have switched to another hosting company and to process the request. They completely disappeared for many days. When I pursued them again, they said it's not their policy to refund. Seems like they find ways to keep charging you, I feel totally scammed!
