This company has never let me down. Today was no exception. It is wonderful to find a company, and a representative named Ali G. that truly has genuine concern for the customer. I received my yearly invoice and for various reasons I knew that I would not be able to pay for it. The Ali took her time to investigate any solution that would work for me and for Hosting. She phoned me back as promised, and found that there was a similar plan that would meet my needs and be substantially lower in cost. What was amazing in this day and age was that she genuinely identified with the difficulties I was facing as a friend would be concerned. Unexpected but welcomed. I trust that the management of Hosting realizes what an AMAZING REPRESENTATIVE they have doing a exceptional job for them. I noticed for sure and I am sure that her other conversations follow her pattern also. Ali deserves a Salary Raise if you ask me.

I have been with A2 Hosting for four years, and I am happy to continue with your service.
Just to share, the same problem many years ago. But the staff were not helpful. As a result, I lost a lot of data for the website.

i have used them for 7-8 years, made the mistke of upgrading my server from a legacy deal, basically completely over charged, said things were included that werent, no one seems to understand they have charged me more for a lesser server than they are advertising online for double the power and the lite speed cache included, they failed to even migrate the system properly, even though i chased it up and asked if it had been done, it was only when i was having serve speed issues they finally realised they hadnt even finished the migration, then they have failed to deal with the false sale of the server and price, about the only good thing they have done is refund 2 of 3 years i paid up front , i will be going elsewhere.
all they had to do was put me on the correct server, 1 level above, which i had basically already over paid for compared to deals provided on their website. this has been going on for around 14 days faffing around.
