Bad Support Agent Blicked my number
Always getting database error due to disk space.
Services are very unstable.
I am Based in China due to that I am not able to open a Ticket on Hostitbro Ticket System, As they use google Captcha. Google is ban in china.
Service person not ready to give support. Block my number.

We requested you to use different network, seems like you're unable to understand what's that. If a particular country block services, we have no control over it. I hope you understand. Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! avoid this host by any means.
I've heard of this company from a person in India, I meet that guy on fivver. Anyway, he told me they are super good, trusted company .. etc bul***it!!!!
I've tried to purchase plan with them, my card was charged but nothing happened, no service offered nothing, their website just freeze and that's all.
At the beginning I said, ok, is a bug, but I will contact them and they will resolve this.. SURPRISE, chat button??? doesn't work! Ok another bug, let's try phone... another surprise, the phone is not in service! ok, let's try mail AGAIN another surprise, the message bounced back!
I started to search the internet about them, it looks this company is fake, full of fake reviews, they buy reviews to make people buy their services and they scam people.
I called my bank and they returned the money to me.
As a matter of fact the guy in fivver who recommended this company, has the fivver account suspended by fivver, another red flag!
Anyway, once again, worst experience ever, avoid this hostitbro by any means!

I'm sorry but I've lost like 2 hours trying to get in touch with these guys support. They website is super slow, their chat button doesn't work and they don't answer the phone that's listed on their website.
Zero transparency,lots of English mistakes on their website... and lots of signals this is just a joke.
I was able to see a company from India offering web hosting services, but unfortunately bros, you fail offering what you say. Looks a bit like a scam to me.
Spoiler alert: They will say they can't find me as their client. :)
