I had an awful experience with the HostKing. The domain is not activated as a result I cannot create a new email address.

Please refund me enough is enough

The issue is you are trying to transfer a domain to us but the EPP code is incorrect and not being accepted. This indiicates that you provided us with the incorrect EPP code and need to check and confirm it is absolutely correct or the domain is misspelled and hence no authorization is given. The error we are receiving from upstream provider is : Invalid authorization information

Good customer service

After opening my account, I had a very big issue, nothing was showing in my account to see my services..., I spoke to them, and they were happy to help, and they found the solution for me. I will recommend the service to everyone out there looking for a good hosting company.

Domain transfer assistance

Johan was able to assist me with transferring two domains to HostKing and set up redirection for one of them and also showed me how to do it.

He explained every step of the way too.

Excellent service

Excellent service! Had a few problems over the 5 years and for someone like me with no IT experience they helped and sorted my problems in no time. Always sorted the same day. Always only a message or email away.

No manual to simplify using website for developers

I am a developer and i want to use Hostking for hosting my clients websites but your app/website if very complicated and there is no contact or any form of help on the website.

I am currently stuck cause I've uploaded my html files but i don't know what to do next cause there is no manual to help with that.
