A slow site communicates something about a business

Speed is something tenants and buyers notice before they notice anything else about your listings. A slow site communicates something about a business whether you intend it to or not.

Since moving to Host Pinnacle for our Echo Properties platform, our page load times improved noticeably and the feedback from clients browsing listings has reflected that. One corporate client mentioned specifically that our site felt more professional than others. Reliability and consistency are their features.

Very good services

Very good services. I have used for 7 years. The servers used to be a bit slow with poor customer care, but I noticed they worked on all that. Now the servers run full time with good speed and the customer care service is wonderful. Thanks alot

I am having a nightmare of an…

I am having a nightmare of an experience with their customer service. They never pick up my calls or even bother to pay attention to my issues. Like today I have just woken up to find that the domains that were working as standalone domains have been set to subdomains without my consent. I only noticed after my clients called in to complain. I mean, how hard is it to maintain a professional customer service that actually on a minimum respond to issues like they are supposed to.

This is WORST company to ever work…

This is WORST company to ever work with. I have tried to solve my domain issues with them for the past three months and no solution upto date. POOREST CUSTOMER CARE, NO FEEDBACK CALL, NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN ADDRESSED FROM THE DAY I JOINED. THEY EVEN CLOSE TICKET WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. THIS THE THIRD MONTH AND MY DOMAIN IS DOWN AND NO ONE IN THE COMPANY CARES. They do not care for their customer. I have given one star because there is no negative star. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Our experience with HostPinnacle has…

Our experience with HostPinnacle has been nothing short of a nightmare. On June 27, 2025, all our domains and associated services (websites, emails, etc.) went down, completely paralyzing our operations. As a tech company serving clients, this outage caused massive disruption and financial loss.

Despite multiple emails, support tickets, and even phone calls, there was no meaningful response or resolution from the HostPinnacle team. To make matters worse, our ticket was closed without resolving the issue, and our calls to support went unanswered. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

We clearly communicated the urgency, demanded a root cause analysis, and asked for a resolution timeline. To date, we’ve received zero updates, and our business continues to suffer as a result.

If you're considering HostPinnacle for domain or hosting services, proceed with extreme caution. When you need them most, they simply won’t show up. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them to any serious business or professional.

The support is pathetic but I was finally served

The support is too slow. Opened a ticket 3 days and I have been reminding them for 3 days.I have several clients on their platform that I manage accounts for. When everything is working, its good. When you need help or assistance that is technical or on their end, save your time and look for another provider.The customer service reps do respond but don't solve the problems and need to be reminded constantly.

I was finally served.
