I had an issue accessing software. The problem had to be resolved by a third party patch. The HostPresto support team were very helpful and kept me updated all the way through whilst the issue was resolved. They tested the fix from the third party to check it had worked. If you are looking for a web host that challenges the very concept of "uptime," look no further than HostPresto. Most companies strive for the industry standard of 99.9% uptime, but HostPresto is an innovator. They have boldly reimagined the metric, offering a stunning uptime of around 15%. My website is less of a functional business tool and more of a cryptic, sporadic art installation that only appears online during a waxing gibbous moon.
The loading speeds are truly revolutionary. I’ve always wanted my e-commerce store to load at the speed of a arthritic snail wading through peanut butter, and HostPresto delivered. When a customer clicks on a product page, they have just enough time to contemplate their mortality, read a short novel, and perhaps start a family before the "Add to Cart" button finally renders. It really helps filter out the impatient customers; I only want buyers with true commitment and an abundance of free time.
But the real highlight is the customer support. "Support" is a strong word; I prefer to call it "Live Chat Roulette with Despair." When my site went down for the fourth time this week (a feature, not a bug, I assume), I hopped on the live chat. After a breezy 45-minute wait, I was finally connected to an agent. The agent must not have actually studied anything in the hosting industry, but he was fluent in pasting pre-written scripts that had nothing to do with my question.
I should also mention the billing department. They have a unique financial model where you pay for "Unlimited Bandwidth," but apparently, the definition of "unlimited" is strictly bound by the physical limitations of a 1998 dial-up connection. I hit my "unlimited" limit after like three visitors viewed my homepage, at which point they helpfully suggested I upgrade to a higher tier plan for only three times my current rent.
In conclusion, if you hate your website, resent your customers, and have a deep desire to witness your SEO rankings crash into the sun, I cannot recommend HostPresto enough. It is the digital equivalent of setting fire to your own house, but with a monthly subscription fee.

"Unlimited" is technically true if you limit your definition of "unlimited" to "very limited."
