HostLiberty has never had a well-functioning client portal; it is very difficult to process payments and to make changes to payment details. But they had responsive customer service to help mitigate that. I don't know if it is related to the Skynet Hosting takeover but the customer service is now abysmal. I opened a ticket 3 days ago and I keep going to livechat where an agent with a fake name and photo keeps telling me that 'rest assured' someone in customer service will touch base with me today. Bald faced lies.

I got the best deal from Host Liberty. And who would have thought that the price offered is very competitive with other providers. The customer service response speed is very good and friendly. Hopefully Host Liberty will maintain its quality in the future.

I’ve been with them for a few days already and I’ve had no issues, quick and easy setup, ran into zero issues, plus you get to pick your data center location, and they have many to choose from.

The hosting is feature-rich and combined with excellent support makes this my new lifelong host. I had a special request that most other web hosts would not have been interested in helping with. The support went above and beyond to assist me. I have used many hosts before, but I intend on making this my last.

The customer supports are super responsive and really helpful. They have multiple datacenter that you can pick as you like. I've bought lots of accounts with them. The hosting speed is quite fast as well. I'd recommend hosts liberty to anyone.
