About two months ago, their VPS host nodes stopped working, and all clients’ VPSes vanished. Since then, they haven’t responded to support tickets or refunded any money. They have simply disappeared.

They were quite active on the LET forum, but since this happened, they have basically gone silent. No service, no refunds, and no explanation of what’s going on. Think twice before choosing to be hosted by such a company.

Update: after several months they finally woke up and refunded me. Still don't know what happened here. Strange host...

I'm a client since 2020. It's okay till they have some problems. Had 2 weeks longes downtime untill 2026. 1 jan my VPS went down and service isn't resolving anything. Currently 20 days downtime and Hostclick doing nothing.

Services okay, support is awful.

Great service overall, we were looking for high bandwidth servers with a multi-homed provider and HostSlick sorted us out really quickly. Great pricing for the amount of Bandwidth we needed, overall very smooth experience.

Worst hosting ever. Bought 5 TB vps on 10 Gbit, it cant get to 5 mbit speed at all, IOWAIT on disk is montruos i get iowait in range of 150! ....support which is not existent (one guy runs all) says it is "shared". Do not buy anything from this clown, save your money. Hostslick was banned from lowendtalk because of worst service ever, read more on lowendtalk forum and skip this hosting forever.

Ridiculous service.
Server was down for many times, and now my VPS is totally gone for the second time (I suspect data loss and they don't want to admit it): A few days ago my VPS was completely gone and my ticket remains unanswered for more than 10 days. If you ever considered their VPS offer, think twice. I had enough and I'll never use them anymore. Talk with your bank or so if you face difficulty reaching them out via tickets, they don't deserve anything from you.

It started as a good solid and affordable service but during the time that changed, unstable lots of IPv6/IPv4 outages... data lose, and after he upgraded some harder it became terrible and unreliable, sudden reboots, IPv6 is now down for over 1 month and he doesn't communicate with his customers, all he said is he will fix it ASAP, but constantly sending PROMO e-mails. I canceled my service with him because he also doesn't answer tickets in weeks.

I have the opportunity to write a review on a low cost VPS that I bought on sale for a year twice. I t was a server with the following specs: 12228 MB Ram, 6 Core, 150 GB HDD

Over the course of a year, I had several problems with downtime that lasted more than 24h, which I accepted due to the price and the proactive approach in support - the server was only running TS3 and VPN, not anything important.

Unfortunately, the proactive support approach has gone silent the last few days and at the time of writing this review the server has been offline for more than 48h. I pointed out these reviews in the ticket as well, but no response, unfortunately. So I can't recommend it even in the context of a low cost VPS.

I know it's a BF deal so I really do not have much expectations on SLA, etc. Though I cannot accept tickets being unresolved for several days, VPS down days before its expiration and dashboard account deleted without notice or explanation - while the man is still actively participating in discussions on LET.
It's somehow cost-effective but not reliable at all, cannot meet basic requirements.

I've never used such a bad server. It only worked 7 hours and now it is down, it can't turn on now !

I guarantee the positive reviews are fake. This company is ran one by a child in Germany. Avoid at all cost. Very unprofessional, caca support and completely unreliable.

Moved my website to their shared hosting and I've been happy ever since. The uptime is fantastic and I haven't had any issues with speed.

I've been using this VPS for a month, and it's been excellent. The cost is lower than any other provider offering the same amount of RAM and CPU. However, it would be even better if the server came with pre-built OS packages that include enhanced security features and software, rather than having to install them manually.

I have been extremely please with Hostslick. Their customer service their prices and their servers. You really cant beat any of it. I am using hostslick from now on and I recommend them to everyone!
