One of the worst experiences in my career

One of the worst experiences in 15 years of using different hosting services. I was going back and forth with their support, just because of simple tasks like setting up email addresses in Outlook. FAQ area is poor when it comes to English language and it's missing a lot of important data, like ports settings and similar. After a series of emails I just gave up, since they were not able to provide a solution. I understand that maybe everything looks logical (if you are a system hosting operator), but for average clients, you will have to provide a better user experience. Even for an advanced user like me, some processes are unlogical and could be automated. I am not talking just about adding email addresses, but also the way how you handle hosting settings - for example, you have to manually change the IP address of A record, every time you are connecting a domain to a server - this is usually every time automated when you are looking at other hosting providers. And then, when you post a support ticket you get an answer, everything was included in our FAQ - until you found out it's not and you feel even more stupid.

Dear Denis
I am sorry that you had a bad experience with our services. Unfortunately, with your information provided here, I cannot find a customer account nor a support ticket. We are constantly working on our FAQs and also working on improving the English versions. However, our website and customer center are currently only available in German. We recently updated the video instruction for email installation in Outlook: https://youtu.be/5a5WgQVAq4c?si=YzVUUwgwFCthU-Zq
With automated subtitle-translation on YouTube I hope, this should help.
As for your input regarding process automation, I will gladly address it with our team. We are constantly looking for improvements to provide a better customer experience.
