Convenient location. Close to town centre. Comfortable apartment.

The stay was really well organised with clear instruction on the property and the local area. The flat itself is clean and well appointed.

We rented through Vrbo but the booking was managed by host360.
After booking, I found the host360 website where we would have gotten 15% discount booking directly with them. I was unaware of this but will know next time.
Everything was very smooth from the start, no problems at all. Any emails are answered very quickly. On the day we arrived at the property I emailed them out of office hours but still got a quick reply from Maria.

Lovely flat. Super clean, airy and spacious. Great location, though a little tricky to find at first. It's right next to the 10 o'clock shop. Perfect for exploring Clifton.

We found a very nice, clean and well equiped house in Bristol and everything was like it was described by text and pictures. We feel very comortable. Especilly the advices given in the map were very useful. The house itself is very good located: central but in quiet lane.

Several frustrations with the property.

No soundproofing whatsoever - windows didn’t close properly so very noisy. Similarly noisy floorboards and neighbours in garden.

Lots of rubbish outside in yard.

No power cable to TV so very annoying - no solution offered by agent.

No tea towel and blinds insufficient so too much daylight in the morning

Excellent family flat. Very spacious and great for young children. Close to the centre of Bristol and all the attractions that Bristol offers.

Obviously, the rental is small, but it is outfitted with all the necessary bed, bath and kitchen items and also includes a washing machine. Because the room is in a dormer area, the angles of the room are not ideal, particularly if you are tall.

Stayed at the Foster's Almshouse property in July for 2 weeks and it was really lovely. The instructions were very easy to follow for checking in and out, the flat was very clean and secure, there was fast communication with the host company, and they were great at taking my feedback for future guests.

The property itself was picture perfect. The tenants who actually live in other units in the building were all extremely friendly and even invited me to join them in the garden. Lots of useful dishes, hot water was available, water pressure was great, the occasionally noisy night because of the location but it was 100% tolerable and bars close early. The bed was very low to the ground but I slept very comfortably every night and woke up refreshed every morning. The dryer in the washer/dryer combo didn't seem to work but there was a drying rack so I was able to air dry. Tea, sugar, salt, and pepper were available to use, and there was fresh flowers upon check-in which was a very nice touch. Thank you!

The entrance to the flat is an alley which is extremely horrible and full of dirty liquid on floor; we have to tolerate the smell of the rubbish ,where there are several bins there near another entrance ,and we have to input the code successfully before we are allowed into flat. The light is dim which hard to see clearly for a poor eyesight like me !!!
The bedroom is small and uncomfortable ;
Cups and pans are oily ; shower water is slow; nonetheless, though the location is near city centre, the amenities and atmosphere should be the first priority for everyone .
