I've had no contact with support
I've had no contact with support. I'm worried about my data and the website's performance. I don't have access to Plesk. They're not fulfilling their contract, and for several months now, I haven't been able to add any domains to the panel because there's no "add" option. I reported this, but I haven't been able to contact them, and the tickets close automatically because they're not responding, which I have proof of.
