Good product, but let down by technical support responses.

The product itself is good, and when it works, is exceptional. It offers a number of features I've not found elsewhere.

But technical support is lacking, and this is a challenge when in an emergency situation where there is a major issue, and no communication from HostWithLove to any tickets - nor any alternative method to communicate with them.

Sadly this means they are not viable to continue with in the future.

Fuss free migration

Migrated my website across from Vodien and their staffs made it extremely relaxing for me. Every step of the migration was properly communicated and they also helped me to arrange the migration on a weekend to minimize disruption.

Bad attitude, sent due invoices and charge again

That guys had blunder with my Subscription, ask for submit a formal cancellation, i do so, put a dispute in paypal. The dispute go in my side, and they cant read their own ticket system. Invoice is a mess, and look as a One man business. Proofs are inside the messages of 28/dec/2022 webhostingtalk com showthread.php 1886170.
Update: I was not agressive, The people de hosting with love was. CHeck the webhostingtalk review. 1 ) They send me an OVERDUE NOT APPLICABLE extra invoice i pay. 2 ) They Say is a blunder of me pay a overdue invoice as they call it 3 ) His people DONT ACCEPT a ticket asking cancellation, 4 ) His ticket people silly threaten me to report me with all hosts in the world (lol) 5 ) they ticket people threathen me in legalese to send me debt collectors to my house (they are in Singapur and me in Mexico) for a already dispute won dispute in paypal for 19.99 6 ) They brag in web hosting talk about how easy was for them win the PayPal dispute, ignoring that I asked them to cancel several months before, that PayPal had spoken in my favor that day.
7) Three months later they continue to have a delusional disorder about my attitude when all I did was follow their instructions by paying, saying that their legal was BS and that it SAY was better to check before making payment to their past due collection emails that it was not due. Check their language i am not aggresive. By the way i do ONE chargeback because you refuse to do the cancellation before , and i ask for that explicit, See the screeen in the WHT THREAD. 8 ) They are in singapur and refuse to give me the IIT IS a legal requirement under Section 144 of the Companies Act for a company to state its name and registration number in business correspondence, including invoices, never give me in invoices and they make more difficult to report the harrasment. My wife have fear of this people.

We had informed you that this was due to a billing issue on your part.

You had setup a PayPal Subscription which automatically sends funds to us every month. However you forgot about it, and then you manually submitted a payment to us as well. So when your PayPal Subscription sent funds to us, naturally this results in a "double-payment" which is by no mean a fault on our end.

When you contacted us, we informed you we were happy to refund you the excess payments, however you threatened a chargeback which is definitely not welcomed by any legitimate business.

Note that with a simple billing issue like this, we are normally happy to simply refund the excess payments as detailed above. However with a chargeback threatened, we had to ensure we won the dispute first before we released the funds back to you, as otherwise it would affect our merchant rating.

Our team has been consistently in touch with you since you reached out, yet you had been aggressive, refused to co-operate and even launched two chargebacks on prior services paid for, even when we had released funds for the excess payments paid to you.

Note also that we had never threatened to send debt collectors. What we had said was that given your conduct we will record in our system to deny you from signing up again in the future.

Great hosting provider

Use their reseller hosting for half years now and the performance are great compare to my previous 2 hosting provider.

they also help me migrate my cpanel account with multiple websites to individual cpanel account for free

they are not big company but their support are much better than big company

Best hosting service I've ever had

Best hosting service I've ever had.
My site loads very quickly with them. I've been tracking downtime and haven't really had any in the past 3 years.

I was worries that they do not offer phone support, however their email support resolved a few issues I had within 10 minutes or less. If you go with one of the bigger hosting companies, you'll be on hold for 30-50 minutes before you reach a clueless tech. So I much prefer hostwithlove's support.
