Absolute disgrace this lot are, I opened a account with them after 3 attempts I finally got the account set up on the day after I deposited money into the account 24 hours later my account was closed reason given duplicate accounts how can this be so because the other 3 times I tried to open a account I received error messages anyhow when I emailed them about money I deposited into account they said send photo of bank statement so I did this clearly showing the transaction to Hotbet but they told me they can’t see the transaction this transaction was clearly visible on my screenshot of the transaction so they have refused to refund me these people are not honest be wary.

Saw an advertisement for a "promotion" they were running online. Created an account to use the promotion but it disappeared. Contacted support and they told me my account was determined to be "high risk" by their traders and promotion banned. Please be careful when opening an account on this fraudulent site called hot.bet, i will tell you my story in brief in order to help others to not get scamed like me. I opened an acct. in order to play in various sport markets but after five days all of a sudden i couldn't stake more than 1€, i tried several browser upon their suggestion freed the cache or tried several devices but useless. I requested to withdraw my money they rejected due to rollover stipulation, they said the issue has been escalated to the relevant dept. but more than 2 weeks no solution, i simply can't stake more than 1€ on any market including the main stream and they don't let me withdraw my money. Just be careful from these scammers and play elsewhere.
