I ordered two phones cases
I ordered two phones cases, I noticed immediately after I purchased that one of them I accidentally ordered in the wrong size so I emailed several times right away hoping it would get caught and changed before shipping. I got to this day after the order arrived no response. Also I immediately tried to live chat with no answer to my problem. I don’t even want to return it because I think I will never hear a thing about it. There is no phone number for customer service and basically no way to edit or fix an order one it’s been purchased even if it’s 1 minute after purchase!

I have ordered 5 cases from this company because the bohemian cases are gorgeous. They have all arrived no problem. I am disappointed that I didn't receive the lanyard with three of the cases. The lanyard is the best part of this case. I have written to them and will see if they send me any new lanyards. I ordered a whole new case even tho I only needed a new lanyard cause they do break. If they correct this I will improve the rating

Phone case is the reason my phone cracked
This is without a doubt the worst phone case ever. The keychain that was hanging kept falling of but the pin was still in there. After a while I took my phone out of the case and it was completely cracked. It started from the point where the keychain was. This is not the reason I bought the phone case!!! I would like to come in contact with somebody because I would like to receive the money for fixing my phone. I have a video with proof that it’s why my phone cracked

Horrible
Horrible. Ordered a phone case they canceled it with no notification or reason. They kept the shipping 5$ US. They canceled never shipped yet they still make money. Keep your money and order from a place that can provide you with a actual product.

I ordered a phone case on the 2nd March and it has still not been shipped.
There is no tracking info and the customer service is one of the worst ive come across.
When i asked for a refund theyve completely ignored me.
