I’d love to share my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at Hotel Des Arts Montmartre for making my Mother’s surprise 70th birthday trip to Paris truly unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth, kindness and exceptional hospitality. My Mum was visiting Paris for the very first time, and I wanted it to be as special as possible. The team went above and beyond every expectation to help make that happen.
Our beautiful Deluxe Suite with balcony had been transformed into the perfect birthday surprise, complete with a birthday garland, a bottle of champagne, a delicious French chocolate birthday cake, exquisite macarons and the sweetest handwritten note. It was such a thoughtful and touching welcome that immediately made us feel incredibly special.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When our Eurostar was delayed, the team kindly contacted our restaurants to rearrange our reservations, removing any stress from our journey. They also helped us plan the perfect itinerary, sharing fantastic recommendations and ensuring we experienced the very best of Paris.
The location in the heart of Montmartre is simply perfect- surrounded by charming cafés, beautiful streets and just moments from the Sacré-Cœur. It couldn’t have been a more magical base for a first visit to Paris.
I’ve travelled extensively, and I can honestly say I’ve rarely experienced such attentive, thoughtful and genuinely caring service. Every member of staff made us feel valued, welcomed and completely looked after. In a city where service can sometimes feel impersonal, Hotel Des Arts Montmartre was a shining exception.
Thank you for giving my Mum memories she’ll treasure forever and for making her milestone birthday everything I had hoped it would be. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else on our next visit to Paris. Five stars simply don’t seem enough!
