Parking and self-service Check-in is DRAMA
Parking and self-service Check-in is BIG DRAMA. No-staff available on-site after 15.00 / 3 PM and support phone no. is hard to find/not corresponding in mail with on-site. Email confirmations from bookingsites or YARD does not mention this in detail. Neither in YARD mails, on how to enter the parking garage (or its price 19euro per night - too expensive) or the support phone no. neither mentioning hat Self Check-in is (likely) not possible before one does Self-Chek-in online. This I found out, due that as at arrival it does not recognize your booking, confusing first and last name, no QR code, etc.
Without help from other guests or support, its likely one stays outside the garage and hotel, sure one wastes an hour. The later one arrives, the more one is lost. Who needs this, exhausted at 9 or 11 PM with family?
PS: I was not the only one with issues and delays, guests entering later had exactly same issues. Finally after calling the helpdesk, now a security/staff person came out of his bed? to do the thing.
The hotel itselves is very okay, new, clean, comfortable. The amenities at the self service bar are very expensive.
Needless to stay that "the unmanned" hotel concept is another one of the countless variety of Dutch booking sites [the Booker site, Netherlands], big profit dream, but is a guests nightmare.
