Having not used this site before I was a little apprehensive if it would live up to the marketing hype and end point of booking on arrival, it worked a treat, would recommend based on my experence.

Great rates
I was going to Barcelona at a very busy time so the hotel rates will getting quite high. HotelTravel had very competitive rates and an easy booking process. I had booked for some friends as well and needed to do a name change a couple of weeks before our stay. Very easy change with no drama ! I'd certainly use them again

Excellent saving on hotel prices
Booked a 5 star London hotel at a fraction of the cost compared to other hotel comparison sites , with breakfast included. Very easy reservation process and payment choices.

I used this site for the first time, when my wife alerted me to it through hearing an advert on the radio.
I am very wary of using a site or company for the first time, but hey I did and found accommodation that suited my budget.

Fast, well-priced booking system.
Everyone is ready to sell you rooms and their booking systems are almost identical. Customers are bound to compare prices and go for the best price. In this case, booking Bewleys Hotel at Manchester Airport in the UK
revealed a room price ranging from £80 (room only) to £60 (Hotel Travel).
Hotel was fast, courteous and clear, though they sent more emails than I need just to book a room for the night. I say, keep it clear and simple!
I would make straight for HotelTravel as first stop in future.
