This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. I booked a room and when I arrived to the hotel they had no power. The hotel agreed to refund me but it had to come from hotelwiz. It has been over a month I have literally called everyday and they refuse to give me my money. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTELWIZ SCAM

This company is a complete joke. As a matter of fact I don't even think it's a legitimate company at all I think that it's a one-man show because he's the only one that ever answers the phone when you call one time I had his wife answer and now they're not answering for me at all they took my money I didn't get a hotel room they charge my credit card and I'm going to turn them into the better Business bureau I'm going to write a letter to the United States president and if that doesn't work I'm sending bin ladin after them. It pisses me off when frauds who can't make ligit money come and take mine. I feel they should stay in their own country and scam people instead of coming here and stealing from people in the country that is offering them an oppertunity

I am trying to figure out why my account has constantly been charged over $25.00 more than my receipt I’m given at time of check-in. Where is the difference in charges going and if I’m booking on a site that “supposed” to save me money, why am I not saving money…..this is not ok with me ……
