Do not deal with this company. The clothes are of very poor quality, they take a long time to arrive, it is very difficult to find out how to return goods. When you do get a label (supplied by them) it cost you postage to China, the parcel cannot be delivered and arrives back to you and then if you resend it, it fails to get there again. They offer you 50% of what you paid and trying to get even that back takes for ever. I am still in dispute with them 7 months later. Horrible company.

The worst company ever. NEVER buy anything from them. Fake, unprofessional. Stealing money. They still trading. Unbelievable. Company based on lies. Things not worth even 1p.

DO NOT USE!!!! Fake company. Ordered shoes. Arrived nothing like the picture. Really badly made smelt of plastic when meant to be leather. Trying to send back but not replying to my emails asking for the returns address. Reported to PayPal.

fake advertised website. I thought I was buying salt water sandals. what I received was a fake and looked horrible.

I stupidly bought a pair of Salt Water Sandals from this website. The items that I received were nothing like Salt Water Sandals and looked awful! I now have to paid for them to be sent back to China in order to get a full refund. They fully admit this is costly and a lot of effort and so do offer a 15% cash refund if you don't want to bother sending the items back. Absolutely atrocious web site!!

I returned items on 16th July and am still waiting for refund. I am constantly emailing and co texting them. I sent item back tracked and know package arrived back in China within a few days of me posting. The items were not great quality .. hence me returning. My advice would be DO NOT order anything from this company.

Took me 2 months of constant email to finally get my full refund wasn’t going to let them get away with such a horrible scam also put a claim in with PayPal, don’t give up if your waiting for refund hound them it paid off for me!

I ordered 133.00 of clothing, sent back the majority of it as cheap and tacky. Paid 17.80 to post to China on 5th August, still have NOT recevied my refund, they are not responding to my emails either. Do not buy anything from here.

I, like others wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. They will not respond to my emails and I want to send the whole order back. Terrible sizing and terrible quality. I'm about to lose £100 do not order anything and be in the same position as me.

What a terrible company, the quality terrible and when you want a refund which they say is 100% they make you post the goods back to China at your expense and refund 20% only why!! They have no right to do that! Do not use this company.

I wish l had read these comments before ordering, fantastic website photos....if only you received those items..!!!! Awful material, cheaply made, items nothing like the photos. I am trying to return them but as other customers no joy so far...Rubbish..DO NOT USE THEM

Same as most, I had to select one star to write a review, but would not choose to give them any. I ordered 3 tops and when they finally turned up (in 3 separate deliveries), they look NOTHING like the pictures. Horrible material and poor fit. Judging by the other reviews, which obviously I wish I had read before I placed my order, I now have a fight on my hands to get any sort of refund 😕
In a nutshell - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOTITY!!!!!

The quality of the clothing is poor and none of it fit properly. I have emailed them 12 times to get the return address or label and keep getting the run around! They offered at one point 15% refund because I would have to send the return to China! I still insisted on a full refund and have had no reply this is a scam company!!! DO NOT ORDER!!

Should be no star!! Placed an order and cancelled one hour later. No communication whatsoever until I contacted PayPal. They had sent one item and said it was too late to stop but would cancel the rest of the order. Still waiting for the refund for the rest of the items. PayPal have taken this up with them but they are now saying I have to return the items (which I never received) before I get my refund. I am going round in circles with PayPal and I can't seem to get them to understand what the issues are. Very annoyed with myself that I fell for this scam!!

DO not buy from this site , they seem to advertise under different names on Instagram , same clothes. I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after placing , their cancellation policy is within 24 hours. They tell me my order has been shipped . I am reporting them to Instagram & trying to get money back from Paypal

Utter garbage and total scam. In fact I cannot find them on Instagram anymore which is where I saw them and ordered from. I spent £90 and the items arrived individually and still one to come. I have complained to PayPal who say I can get a refund but it’s cost me over £14 postage to return them. Apparently I could have got postage through PayPal but I only read that after I put the claim through so be warned to check this out first.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought £168 worth of clothes from them. Utter rubbish. Sizes are inaccurate and material is cheap and badly made. Do not waste your money. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
