I NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING from you and had to claim back at my bank the unauthorized debit that was made on my account. Your story is not the good one

SCAMMERS - don't fall for this - you'll receive nothing in return for your payment.

They canceled me but refused to refund. They are very rude and told many different stories. I do have copies to prove what they did and didn't do if someone can tell me if I can post them. As far as the star rating if possible it would be a -10. Horrible company to try to work with. Did receive refund but their response is incorrect. I did contact who they said and was told they could find no record. My bank is why I received the refund, not Hotmart.

I need a refund cause I am not satisfied it saids can't find it but the money is pulled from my account

I was expecting to do amazon surveys. They requested a one off payment to prove I was genuine and that it would be refunded after doing 2 surveys. But in the process they took three different payments
£16.80, £32.40, £22.80

I'm requesting a full refund.

11/7/25. I was scammed by a company using their services called Start Digital System. They are using deepfake ai of Mr Beast to offer a fake opportunity to make more money reviewing videos. Embarrassed to say I fell for it. I’m still waiting on a refund. It’s only been a day so I’m hoping they will soon. Be very careful folks. The deepfake ai is getting wild.

Edit: 11/10/25. It’s now been 3 days and i still haven’t gotten the refund and only have this message when I track it: “Payment schedule: In the current or the next invoice.” They reply to people on here, but until I actually get the refund back I’ll keep updating this, because they could just be being “nice” and responsive, just to not lose business, but not to actually do the right thing and refund money. I’ll even leave a whole new review in the next 2 weeks. I’ll keep the people up to date on what happens with me, via here and Reddit and anywhere else I can.

Edit: 11/15/25. I am happy and thankful to say I did finally get the refund from the company. I had some doubts but was hoping and it did come thru. Thank you to Hotsmart and hopefully they’ll be very careful with the businesses they work with and we as consumers can do our part to notify them of any corruptions. They proved, atleast to me, they do try.

You people don't deserve even one star. That's how pathic you all are. building peoples hopes up with a product that could help them get out of debt, Offering this big bullshit promise, holding these poor people to listen to every word till the end or you will lose out. Yes well we did wait until the end, believed every word you said only to be ripped off by scum like you. You all should be found out and arrested. How do you sleep at night. I have never understood why people who put in this much time and effort couldn't do it legitimately to help themselves and the people who really need help right now. It is a shame, and now your company is shit. You can use the excuse that you're not the creator; however, you are complicit in them scamming people, and if I had to guess, you're the ones doing this shit.

If I could give this a -1 million stars review I would. I DID NOT authorize charges from my account on this and when I disputed it with my bank I was denied. I am SOOOOOOOO angry that this is an AI powered scam that we cannot feel safe that our money is protected. I will tell anyone I can what garbage this is and I am closing the account with my bank. It is really sad that we have to live like this. Every dollar I have counts and for them to take my money and offer no real solution.

I didn't know that this site was for some eCourses instead of making money on TikTok. I'm still Waiting on my refund. This isn't what I was signing up for. Now I have to wait to be able to buy groceries. This sucks.

Hotmart are scammers I’m trying to cancel my subscription it’s lie if u pay 47 dollars and u answer question u can make 278 and u get also the 47 back with the first 10 minutes I been trying to get my 47 back no response next step I’m reporting this to the better business bureau to let them know how this business is defrauding people

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was trying to sign up to make extra money. My account was charged $37, $67, and $47 back to back. Then they send an email saying that my card was declined and membership canceled. I contacted my bank and find the 3 charges. What a scam!!

This company might want to review who uses them. I was on TikTok and this video of a woman claiming if we can see her we were chosen to earning some "easy cash". Then when you click you are sent to a page with Dwayne Johnson claiming you can get paid answering questions for YouTube. All you have to do is pay 24 dollars. I was fine with paying the 24 until more money came out! 59 and then 80 AND it wasn't for what the advertisement talked about. It was downloading classes ebooks for TextileAcademy, Food, and something else. Its stealing people's money under false pretenses thats pissing people off. I have emailed and trying to get my refunds im so mad at myself for believing crap on the internet. BAD COMPANY!!!!

Day 3 no responses from this horrible company. On their page where you can track your refund or ask their help center questions. It doesn't work if when you ask in English it switches back to Portuguese when it answers!!! So very shady I hope you guys lose your business! I want my money BACK!
